Mr Gilbert Ramkissoon is the General Manager of Trinidad Express Newspapers. He has considerable experience in the Newspaper industry having worked at the Trinidad Publishing Company and the Independent Newspapers in various capacities including Chief Operating Officer, Marketing Manager and General Manager. He has also collaborated with several Newspaper organisations in the Caribbean providing technical and operational assistance from time to time. He has also developed a strong network with international suppliers.
Mr Ramkissoon has also held senior positions in the airline industry and led projects in both private and public sector companies in information technology specialising in general accounting and financial planning. He currently serves on the Board of the Trinidad Express Newspapers, is a member of the CCN executive committee and represents CCN on the Board of the Nation Publishing Company.
Mr Ramkissoon holds a BSc. (summa cum laude) and MBA in Finance from Long Island University. He also has certification in general accounting and information technology and extensive training in project management. |
