Frank Griffith has been employed at the Nation for the past 15 years and has been the Operations Manager for the past six years.
As Operations Manager, Mr. Griffith has responsibilities for the daily newspaper production process, property maintenance and management and for also ensuring that the Nation produces the most cost-effective and high quality printed product. His property management tasks involve ensuring that the work environment is clean, healthy and safe.
Mr. Griffith’s academic and technical training include printing courses at the Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic, Advanced Web Offset Press Operations at the CMYK University in Pennsylvania, Quality Reproduction at Sun Chemical, USA, Industrial Relations, Management and Management of Human Resources at BIMAP (Barbados).
Mr. Griffith is currently pursuing the Executive Diploma in Management at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill (Barbados).
