Head of Staff Training and Development
Caroline Adamson joined the Nation Publishing Co. Limited in 1991 and is the Head of Staff Training and Development. She has over 20 years' experience in the areas of administrative management and training and development. As Head of Staff Training and Development, she manages all aspects of staff development. She is also responsible for facilitating, planning, developing, delivering and executing the company's training programmes to develop individual and job-related competencies.
Prior to joining the Nation Publishing, Caroline worked in both local and regional organisations in Administrative and Executive Secretarial positions.
She holds a MSc. Degree in Training and Human Resources Management (with Merit) from the University of Leicester, a Diploma in Human Resources Management Studies (with Honours) from the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity (BIMAP) and is a certified Master Coach through The Behavioural Coaching Institute in New York.
Ms. Adamson is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB), the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), the Caribbean Facilitators Network (CFN) and the International Coaching Council (ICC).
