Mr. Shaw is currently Market Head, Personal Banking, Eastern Caribbean, RBC/RBTT. He has more than 20 years of practical experience in the areas of banking and finance, accounting, sales and marketing and change management.
He previously held the post of Chief Executive Officer of Signia Financial Group Inc. Prior to Signia Financial, he served as Senior Manager, Marketing at Scotiabank, Caribbean East, where he supported the managing director and country managers in directing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the nine countries in the Caribbean East District. He has also worked for Scotiabank in Toronto, the US Virgin Islands, Jamaica and Barbados.
He was the Manager of the Scotiabank Broad Street branch and spent seven years as a commercial banker. Mr. Shaw worked for KPMG in Montreal in various audit roles and in Toronto as a Manager in Tax. |
